- Dr. Jerry Regier, an expert in Public Policy retired from US Government service, was in Bangalore and discussed some program inputs for the Sofia Workshop - 7-9 June 2012.

The ICHE Board decided to meet in Sophia, Bulgaria
- 6-9 June, 2012 Sofia, Bulgaria Annual Workshop “We’ve come up with a very well planned program ,” says Chancellor, Wil Goodheer.
- ICHE members in the Philippines have expressed a desire to host the next Triennial in 2013. The item will be on the Board’s agenda in Sofia.
- One of India’s largest daily newspapers “The Hindu” gave coverage to Ken Gnanakan’s “Integrated Learning” and agreed “Good education must also be concerned with impacting the social order”.
